Scentedeaart provides parcel delivery services for individuals. We facilitate the shipping of packages from origin to destination using our network of delivery partners.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your packages, including dimensions, weight, contents, and destination. You must ensure that all items you ship comply with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited items include hazardous materials, illegal substances, and items that violate shipping regulations.
All prices are quoted in US dollars. Payment is required before shipment processing. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather, customs processing, or carrier issues. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not liable for the actions, errors, or omissions of third-party service providers, including shipping carriers, payment processors, or other partners we work with to deliver our services.
If you have a dispute with us, we encourage you to first contact us directly to attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving your complaint.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation before pursuing other remedies. Mediation will be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association or similar organization. The costs of mediation will be shared equally between the parties unless otherwise agreed.
If mediation does not resolve the dispute, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or our services shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in Kansas, United States, unless both parties agree otherwise.
The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. You waive any right to a jury trial and agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, not as part of a class action.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm, without first engaging in mediation or arbitration.
You may bring claims in small claims court in your jurisdiction or in Kansas, United States, if your claims qualify for small claims court jurisdiction.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For any disputes not subject to arbitration or mediation, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kansas, United States. You waive any objection to the venue or jurisdiction of such courts.
If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, you acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction. Our services are designed for use within the United States, and we make no representation that our services are appropriate or available for use in other locations.
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations of the United States and other jurisdictions. You will not use our services to export or re-export any goods or services in violation of such laws.
